Have you noticed that the anthropomorphic bug characters aren't as small & tiny as Earth bugs? The bugs of the planet Earth maybe only 1 pica tall on the average, but the bugs of Blueworld (AKA Photonis) are more toy-sized! (By the way, a pica is 1/6 of an inch in case you didn't know.)
The rodents of Blueworld (like Mack Ah'Roni the Mouse) are a little bigger than the rodents of Earth, too, but this is about the anthropomorphic bugs! The 3 anthropomorphic spiders: Olivia & her cousin Alice Spider, & their friend Spidy Arachnid are perhaps the biggest of the memorable bug characters; and they're bigger than Earth spiders. Dick the Mosquito is the next smaller bug character after Spidy; the next smaller one after Dick is Archy Ant, and finally Whisky the Wanderer Bug is the smallest one of all. You can read their heights & widths in the following column chart.
Note: Each bug character is as thick as he/she is wide.
If you seen the saga of Archy's Podophobia, you should have noticed how big Archy was compared to Goldilocks' size 8 1/2 feet. If you don't count the antennae, he is about 3/4 as tall as her feet are long; a woman's size 8 1/2 feet are 9 inches + 7/8 of an inch long. 3/4 of that size is 7 inches + 13/32 of an inch, which is equal to 44.4375 picas, which is equal to 533.25 points. (A point is also a unit of length equal to 1/12 of a pica, which is 1/72 of an inch!) Also, Goldilocks' feet are 3 inches + 1/4 of an inch wide. Archy's width is half of the width of her feet! The length of her feet in picas is 59.25; in points, that's 711.

One more thing, from the information you read just now, can you figure out how big the other bug characters are compared to Goldilocks' feet? Feel free to use a calculator if necessary, and remember her shoe size is 8 1/2.
