Solution:

The correct answer is: Movie C

In this animation and this one only, Sue pets the toy goomba, but doesn't press her foot down to squish it. In the other movies, notice that when she presses her foot down when she's not holding the plug, both the toy goomba & plug get squished! Thus, the plug doesn't get squished either in Movie C. However, in Movie D, she just holds the plug and doesn't plug it back into the socket; so she doesn't squish the plug in Movie D, but she squishes the toy goomba.
