For the 3rd Question:

Since Penny's icy boost blocks are usually 2 feet high, 4 feet wide & 4 feet thick, the surface area is 4(2 ft. × 4 ft.) + 2 × 4² ft. = 4 × 8 square feet + 2 × 16 square feet = 32 square feet + 32 square feet = 64 square feet.

Extra Information: The surface-area-to-volume ratio is 2:1! That's 2 square feet per cubic foot.
